Wondering why the result is dated Feb 18, 2009 but the announce it Feb 20, 2009 after a day. Why???

Something is fishy and it stinks..
if the Board of Nursing are done on Feb 18, 2009 why wait until Feb 20, 2009. We need some explanation from the BON.

at since ang nilagay mo eh yung top 10 gradess, paki-highlights naman lahat ng names...kasi tuloy ang dating yung mga highlighted lang ang top 10 board passer...
you mean nasa top 10 passer si Lylani Mutya Balote, University of Makati, 86.80;
mas mataas kay Erycar Del Mundo Manaois-Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, 88%??? NO !!! masterpiece...
